 In recent years, the food waste epidemic is sweeping multiple nations especially in developed countries and is reaching an intolerable point to uneven food distribution. This is not only unethical but may as well harm both the personal and national financial wealth. Despite the devastating effects of food waste taken place, the issue continues to be underrated.

In order to achieve the goal of reducing waste, the public should be educated in line of better food management and planning. In the Food Waste Centre, visitors will be able to address the impact of food waste, notice their amount of food waste they produce on regular basis and solutions to the problem.
