One-forth of teenagers is clinically obese by the age of 15, clearly, the heath of today's generation of teens becomes greatly concerning. Most studies associate sleep with obesity, and one had found children who slept fewer than 10 hours a night at 3 years old, had a 45% higher risk of becoming obese by the age of 7. 

The promotional event was designed to allow teenagers to rise awareness towards sleep deprivation, understand how lack of sleep can cause obesity and other chronic diseases.
